Sump.exe – No Disk??????

I have the full Uniblue Power Suit which I purchaced on line and down loaded. Now when I boot up each day this pop up box appears saying “sump.exe – No Disk” “There is no disk in the driver. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk1\DR1 and it will not go away regardles of how many times I cancel, try again or continue. How do I get rid of this? I am running Vista Premium.
