Symantec Enterprise-Class Anti-Spyware?

What impact will the release of Symantec’s new Enterprise offering have on the anti-spyware marketplace? Can an integrated anti-virus / anti-spyware product be as good / better than stand-alone anti-spyware? For those already using SAV Corporate Edition, this seems an obvious choice — right?
