System Center 2012

Does anyone have experience with Microsoft System Center 2012? As a designer, implementer, administrator or in any other way? I am looking for comments, criticism, advice or tips, or any other feedback about it. We are considering implementing it and are beginning the research process. Currently we have SCCM 2007 and SCOM 2007 and they are disappointing, at best. Thanks.
