System restore screen

Every time the windows XP system reboots I get a screen that notifys me that the system has been restored to the previous state.

Is there anyway to get rid of that screen? I have disabled the restore function and still get that message. There must be something else that’s causing that screen to pop up.

Any suggestions are much appreciated. This is driving me crazy. To top that off it’s happenning on my boss’s computer.
