System Volume number of files

When running antispyware I notices a very large number of files (1,000) in the folder: System Volune Information\_restore{7F79BEB-8579-4220-AC22-8B03C17CDC85} but in Windows Explorer all these files were hidden. I suspect I should delete the folder, but am not sure. Should I delete it?
