System32 keeps opening during startup

Hello

Here’s my issue, every time I reboot my pc, System32 keeps opening after logging into windows 2000.

Action taken: Ran virus scan, Ran MS Antispyware, booted pc to Last Known Good Configuration. None of the above seems to work. Does anyone out there have a simple solution to this problem?
