System32 window opens at startup.

I have several NT 4.0 systems that after disabling an automatic upgrade option in CYBERSitter (which was not supposed to be available in NT) that now opens the system32 folder at startup. Is there an entry in the registry that causes this? What doI do to solve this problem.
