Task Manager

Somehow I have locked out my task manager on WindowsXP. I can’t get to it with CTL,ALT,DEL nor can I right click the task bar, it appears greyed out. I tried the regedit option for current user…disable taskbar…value ‘0’. But the task manageris still unavailable. The username that I am using is an admin. When logging on as another admin accout there is no problem with getting the task manager. Help Please.
