Taskbar length

Hi,
My company recently upgraded from 2K to XP. With 2K I was able to open multiple windows and be able to view all the icons in my taskbar. Now with XP, the max I’ve been able to see is 14. Is there a way to change the settings so that all my open windows beyond the 14 shows?
I would really appreciate if someone can help me.
