Tcp/ip network transport

Hi i connot connect to the internet, Had a malware problem managed to rid pc of this all was working ok started pc and popup menu says:
Mobile device
TCP/IP network transport is not installed.

In device manager under network adapters all have a yellow flag next to them tried reinstalling drivers but still nothing.

Have tried Winsock xp fix , LSP fix all no help

In network connections there is nothing no network connection no lan conection or high speed connection tried to add new connection but nothing added a spare network card still cant find it in network connections

Please help
