TCPIP FILE Transfer software that works

Hi all!
Can you help? My question is “Are there any software programs that work using TCPIP when downloading files from the Stratus Machine to a Novell Network and a PC using NT4.0 Operating system? We need to develop this mechanism and do not knowof any packages that work well. Currently, the Stratus mainframe people are using SSHELL, and while that works, it does not work with NT. The network is just a passthrough for the files to the PC from the Stratus machine, and the Operating system of NT does not like SSHELL at all.
We also will be downloading via TCPIP from the AS/400 to the Novell Network and a PC using the NT operating system.
Quite a quandry. Please help with any information.
