Teaming 3Com Network Cards in NT4

I’ve got two 3Com 3c905B-TX network cards in a NT Server 4.0 SP6A server and I’m trying to find a way to team them so that if one fails the other will take over and also so that they will load balance but I can’t find the information I need from 3Com and Microsoft.

Is it possible to do this with these cards?
If so any tips or pointers will be much appreciated!!
