Temperature Monitoring within Data Centers

I’m curious for those of you with “large” Data Centers, how you go about monitoring your Heat and Humidity? How many sensors do you have within the room and what was your reasoning of why you put them where you did? Can you also define the size of your Data Center in Sq Ft. so I have a point of reference. Finally, what product do you use for your monitoring?
