Terminal services 2003

I have configured a term service and the neccessary AD GPO to lock down the session using the MS TS lockdown guide.
Now, whenever users log in, they see a blank desktop w/o apps icons and I have to manually copy the apps icons from All users’ desktop and paste into the user’s desktop.

I know there is a way to provide a standard desktop profile w the neccessary icons everytime a user logs into a term server but couldnt find it. Any expert there able to advise me?
