Terminal Services Licensing Problem

I have two clients that have windows 2003 terminal services. Both clients have 10 CALS installed however the clinet machines, after 90 days, says the tempory license is about to expire. When I check the terminal server manager it shows none of the regular licesning issues.

What am I missing?
