Terms of agreement

Hello,
I am considering to have all of our company users to sign an electronic agreement,(or maybe put in the employee handbook). I would like it to cover pirating software, company files, also no personal hardware or software to be brought on property. Also to cover monitoring….etc…. Must be in plain language yet legally binding.
