Testing Microsoft Office Skills

We are in the process of hiring new office staff. These members of our organization usually do a significant amount of computing expecially with Excel and Word applications. I was wondering if anyone out there has any tests that could be administered to potential canidates (actual hands on tests if available). I would appreciate any help that you could offer.
