The Beeps are coming!

Every time I right click to “Empty Recycle Bin” and get the “Are you sure…” and push “OK” I get a short tone (low beep). It only happens for this operation. It just started a week ago, no new programs were added. No settings were changed. Scans and sweeps were done to no avail. What is it and how do I stop it? Or should I?
