The Dark Side of E2.0 is not valued enough…

In all postings in blogs of E20 i found nearly no discussionn of the fear of management to engange in E20 in the enterprise. Mostly puff piece ist stressed but the fear of information overloading and distraction, dysfunction and disporia is too less outlined. Information overloading is a big problem in context of alle web 2.0 Tools.
I am a e20 fan, but have exactly this problem to to allay the fears of management in order to be allowed to introduce e20 proposal in the enterprise.
