The e-mail account does not exist

We keep getting people telling us that they receive a NDR with the following message:

Your message

To: “user@domain.com”
Subject: RE: Subject
Execution:40012935 is ready for Approvals
Sent: Mon Mar 27 01:52:56 2006

did not reach the following recipient(s):
user@domain.com on Mon Mar 27 01:52:56 2006

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message
was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.

I know that this is not true because these are email address of current employees. We are running a pure Win2k3 environment with Exchange 2k3, BlackBerry Enterprise Server, GFI MailEssentials, & TrendMicro. Does anyone know why this is being caused and if so how do I solve the problem?
