Greets Folks!
I have a home network with 3 computers and a laptop. One computer is my dedicated server (733 mhz, 128 megs ram, 50 gigs) over a 10/100 Switch running winnt 4.0 (practicing to finish my MCSE, then onto cisco)
I was Really hopingto run Microsoft Office 2000 off my server so I dont have to bother to install Office on my 2 computers on the network. I figured hell, let me install it, share the directory and just double click the .exe file. Ha, no such luck! This is MS we’re talkin about!
Anyone help me with a couple of ideas on how to make this puppy work (I also want to install a whole lot of other program on my server! (neotrace, thumbsplus, gravity newsreader, pgp, you get the idea!)
