There is a signal in my I-mat jam but no connection to net?!

I have I-mate jam (ROM VERSION 2.13.9.23 WWE), I use in my home wireless router (from talktalk), my jam detect the wireless configuration ( SSID,Mode, ?etc) and the signal is excellent but the Jam cannot connect to internet explorer, it comes a message? cannot connect with current connection settings. To change your connection settings, tap settings? I tried to solve that in settings but I could not.
