Timesheet software

I have recently taken over a team of 60 technical people in Russia. i am looking for a cost effective timesheet system for them to record activities against projectgs and for me to get reports on. I know this is a well covered market with lots of vendors. Any suggestions on good products would be welcomed. Thank you all
