Too Afraid of Getting Bit

Many project managers are afraid of getting “bit” by the alligator. We are too proud to have anyone else look at MY project. If we could just let our egos go and let the alligator in, we may find that it really doesn’t hurt so bad and that we might just actually deliver a much better product to our clients.
