Toshiba Satellite L745-S4310

Long time client of mine came to me with his Toshiba Satellite L745-S4310 and a crashed hard drive, long story short I installed new hard drive and upon power on started getting CMOS power on password screen. I need to get this removed so I can finished this install, any help would be appreciated.
