Toshiba Satellite Pro L20 drivers

Someone please help me find drivers for the following hardware on Toshiba Satellite Pro L20 running on XP Prof SP2: –
PCI Modem
Multimedia Audio Controller
SM Bus Controller
Video Controller

I wonder why my XP doesnt see them. Please help
