tough one part 2

Someone already sent a note telling me I left some things out. Here they are:
Yes it’s on an NT network, Outlook hooks up to an exchagne server. outlook looks for internet e-mail every 10 min, and updates the calander free/busy stuff every hour. this is a fresh load and the only programs loaded are those mentioned in the last question.

Last line of first question looks like it got cut off. it said
in short: everything takes longer when outlook 2000 is running.
Any clues?
