track Internet usage by Active Directory User – automatic reporting

Hello Tech Republic,
I am looking for a software solution that will do the following:
1. track web usage by Active Directory user (what sites / how long)
2. ability to send out weekly “usage” reports to each indivdiual user

Basically a way for the users to be “reminded” of how much time they are spending on the web.
