Tracking keystroke and Program use

In Windows XP Professional is there log file that will keep track of all key entry and show which program is using at any given date and time?

I am trying to find any un-authorized user of my computer at certain date and time.

Is there such program I can purchase to track down any un-authorized user or entry?
