Transfertable data to new template.

Is It possible to copy or transfer tables to a new existing table in MS Access Inventory Control Template from an exsting table in MS Access Inventory Control that was created using the same template. I accidently deleted a form that apparently had subforms. If your familiar with the template the Products Form and associated subforms are what I need to beable to create and print Purchase Orders.
