Transposing an Array of data into a single column in Excel

I have a bunch of data which is spread into an Excel sheet spanning 24 columns and abut 1000 rows.
For each of the 1000 rows I need all the 24 columns to be transposed into rows.
I am currently using the Transpose function by manually selecting the destination 24 rows, inserting the transpose function, selecting the source rows and the CSE.

I am looking for help in automating this set of keystrokes either through a macro – the one I recorded did not help me much, or through some other combination of formulae.
