Trying to contact Customer Service

I am using a Computer to Cell phone texting service called Joopz, by MobleSphere. The only way – that I know of – is to contact them by email. Do they have a phone-based way of contacting there customer service?

This is probably not the correct place to ask this question but I comfortable getting accurate/ professional advice here.
