TS – Session (ID #) reset failed (Error 5 – Access is denied.)

For the past two to three weeks when I try to logoff a terminal service connection (through Terminal Services Manager) which was improperly shut down I get this error:

Session (ID 1) reset failed (Error 5 – Access is denied.)
