Turning off Windows folder default warni

Under Win9x, when you go into Windows Explorer and select the Windows folder, it gives you the default warning about deleting any files can harm your Windows installation.

This is fine and dandy for novice users, however, it’s a pain in the butt for advanced users who work with computers on a daily basis.

How does one turn off this setting? Or selectively turn it back on (in case you need to turn it back on when you allocate a PC to a novice user)?
