TV/Fm tuner card issues, who might help?

I recently installed a PCI TV Tuner card
KF-7130SFM (ANALOG)which worked fine with
WindowsXP/SP3 winPVR software.(PAL I)

I upgraded to Windows7,the system now identifies the card as SAA7134,AND SAYS THAT THE DRIVER IS INSTALLED!Neither (winPVR)nor(TV Expert)tuner software will work…….Is there anyone on earth that knows how to solve this one?
