Twitter trending script

I would like to look for someone who can retrieve twitter trending hashtag using the twitter api with the following feature

1. Allow the user to search the trending hashtags by country / city
2. Show trending hashtag the latest within 10 days period.

Let me know if anyone can do this and i have sample to show.
