Two ISP one cable(CAT 5 & other is ADSL. want to connect on one PC..!!

Plz. Help. I want to connect both ISP on single PC. So as to switch over at emergency.

Say 2nd one will be Backup . Need guidance . Plz. Help.

1. Do I need additional Hardware on PC or Simple configuration will help.
