1- If you protect a word FILE by a password, how can you open the file latter on if you’ve forgotten the password?
2- If you protect a word DOCUMENT by giving it a password to open and a password to edit, how can you allow only one person to edit the document, after you’ve created a user for that particular person.
in short: you create a user account for that particular person by clicking on (new user) and then entering that persons name and e-mail address, how do you let that user edit your protected document?
any answer will be of great help, but plz tell me your source if possible.
