Unable to logon

Hi
I have a test dc & by mistake i enabled deny logon locally to everyone including adminstrator. Now, I couldn’t able to login sa the system saying”The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively”. I even tried with directory services restore mode, but as i dont have any other admin users, nothing can be done.
could anyone kindly help me to logon,
