Unlock hard disk before repair Windows 10

Due to a hard disk malfunction, right in the middle of cloning one full disk to another, I now cannot boot Windows 10. While trying to repair, it tells me that I need to unlock the hard disk. I tried FIX MBR and this did not help. How can I unlock the disk?
