Upgrading my laptop’s hardware (to SSD and 16gb RAM

Hi

I have a 6136tx and thinking of upgrading its HDD (to SDD) and RAM (from 8gb to 16Gb). Would my unit be suitable for such changes?. If so , what hardware specifications should I be looking at purchasing? (both SSD and RAM)?
