Urgent!!!____resize Access form

I have an Access 2000 project completed today. It works fine if I set the resolution of my machine to 800 * 600. However, CEO of my company use a resolution of 1024 * 768px on his machine, and that makes the Access 2000 form interfaces look differently from a lower resolution. I wonder if there is an easy way to make the forms and reports in my Access project look the same. How?
