URL LInks in GroupWise 5.5 don’t work

I have built up an new NT workstation, w/ several applications (i.e., Office 97 and GroupWise 5.5). The hardware is a little different from the last image – it is a Compaq Deskpro, pentium III, 550, the last one was PII 450. The GW 5.5 URLs on the 450 PC work fine, but can’t get it to work on the 550. I have tried Back-reving the NT Service Pack (from 6a to 4.0), reinstalling the GW client, using an older version of Netscape (4.6, instead of 4.7) and removing SP2 from the NetWare 4.6 client for NT.

The tids that I found did not have any other suggestions.
