USB after upgrade from NT4 to W2K

I recently installed W2K onto an NT4 workstation (reformated hard drive) and have not been able to use the USB port (exclamation mark on device manager). I do not know if the USB port worked previously. This is an old Dell Dimension workstation and I have not been able to locate a USB driver. I’ve noticed on the NT forum that USB is not supported. Can anyone point me to my best option? Thanks
