User cannot view Microsoft Sharepoint

We recently installed windows 2003 server. I set up the Sharepoint web to be the home page for all users.

It works fine on all the pcs, except for one user. His browser displays “Page cannot be displayed” message.

He’s running XP pro SP2, but other users are running this same version of windows and have no problem!!! What’s keeping him from viewing Sharepoint web??

Any ideas???
