User Login

A machine with o.s. 98 is on network. I want to login on the same machine as administrator but
i not allow. Because login window shows only three fields to fill 1.User 2. Password 3.Domain.
If i try to enter local machine name in Domain field it search for that domain.So i have to login as administrator of domain.
