User Profile cleanups!!

I have all my roming users stored in %systemroot%\Profiles\username and all their home files stored on another drive (e)in a shared folder called Users\username. #1.. Is it necessary to store their profiles in the system root? or can I store them onanother drive with more space. # 2… When a user “Saves as”..their work, they must go and find their user folder. They are not automatically taken there. Is there some way I can have them automatically save into their home folder?
