User unable to send a Global email via Outlook.

We’re getting a #550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.NotAuthorized error.

The user gets this error when trying to send a global email out from Outlook. She has no problem sending it out via OWA. The distribution list is the same for other users that are not experiencing this problem.
