using a network bootdisk

iam using a network bootdisk created by norton ghost 2003, when boot i can connect to a win2k server share, but i can’t connect to a w2k3 server share, says access denied, you are not validated by a server and may not have access to a network resources.
Is there some kind of settings in w2k3 for this connection and what are they?
