Using F10 key step by NT 4.0 Server

I just replaced memory chips on my NT 4.0 Server. I would like to get some information on the step-by-step procedure for using my F10 key to use System Confuration. What do I look for when I run System Configuration after adding more memory to reconfigure machine?
